The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) is a federation of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) dedicated to promoting the development of NGOs. As part of our efforts to facilitate greater access to information about NGOs, we have developed this platform to enable the public to search for information about NGO activities and services more efficiently.
